All our items are in stock and ready to ship. 

All orders are processed and mailed within 24 hours of payment. 

Please note that weekend orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM ET 

will be processed the following Monday. 

For your convenience, an email message will be sent the day that your order is shipped.

Items are mailed by Canada Post .

Normal delivery time to the USA is 5-12 business days.  

Normal delivery time within Canada is 3-7 business days 

Shipping within Ontario and Quebec can take 2-3 business days.

Overseas shipping depends on the service selected. Please allow 5 - 15

business days for delivery.

If you are returning an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
